about me

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) practicing in the Wood River Valley. I have spent most of my career as the school social worker at Silver Creek High School supporting the social, emotional, and mental health needs of teenagers. I have operated a private practice since 2021, serving mostly adults.

I graduated from Boise State University with a masters in social work. During my graduate studies, I trained in numerous facilities gaining experience in working with at-risk teens, suicidality, psychotic disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, and personality disorders.

I received my BA in Modern Foreign Languages and minor in Cultural Communication from James Madison University. Originally from the east coast, I found my way to Idaho almost a decade ago and haven’t looked back.

I volunteered with the Compassionate Leaders program through the Flourish Foundation from 2018-2021 and greatly expanded my mindfulness practice during that time.
