“May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. May your mountains rise into and above the clouds.”
-Edward Abbey
my approach
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) working in the Wood River Valley, where I provide mental health counseling. I take a client-centered approach in therapy, meaning I believe that you innately know yourself and your needs best. Sometimes we just need some guidance to find and access that inner wisdom. Through relationship building, staying one step behind, and utilizing various therapeutic modalities, I work with people to help them find more meaning in their lives, heal from trauma, and achieve a deeper sense of well-being.
I truly believe it takes courage to seek out help, and I know that because I have been there myself. I hope you can feel supported and safe in the space we create together.
